summer trends

I have a of love-hate relationship with this summer kimono trend (already documented here). Part of me shakes my head when I google kimono and the first thing that comes up is a link to shop at Forever21 rather than any article about the Japanese garment. But the other part of me loves how light and perfect they are for summer and how easily they can be dressed up or down. I guess I just have to fully own that I have fallen victim to this summer trend.  *shrugs shoulders*

Let's move on. Note: somewhere my 8th grade English teachers is falling over dead after reading my transitions. 

One of the things I love about blogging is discovering new shops and of course, the bloggers behind them. Brooke and her shop Linbrooke Designs is no exception.
