[closet obsessions] date night

Lately, Aaron and I have been feeling we haven't had a lot of "us" time. Life has been moving fast and we've had late nights at work, friends and family visiting, graduations, birthdays, celebrations and just so much going on that we realized we didn't have much time for just the two of us. We decided we needed a once a week date night that we could go out and check out a new restaurant or just stay in and watch netflix but regardless it was just going to be us. The first one was a bust (mine and a few too many glasses of post work prosecco's fault) but since then its been so great to get into a groove of making sure we set aside time for just us. Truthfully, most nights are spent with our phones off and a bottle of wine and our favorite take out at home but this weekend we decided to dress up a bit and have a few drinks at some of our favorite neighborhood outdoor bars. It's been really special. And a fun excuse to dress up :)
